Bruce Goldstein has been practicing law in Tampa, Florida since 1976. His practice focuses on real estate and business transactions. He is experienced in most types of real estate and business transactions, including real estate and business acqusition, disposition, financing, and leasing. Mr. Goldstein's practice also includes estate planning and probate.
Mr. Goldstein received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1970 from the University of South Florida, majoring in economics. In 1973, he received a Masters in Business Administration from New York University. Mr. Goldstein earned his law degree, cum laude, in 1974 from the University of Miami, where he served as a member of the editorial board of the University of Miami Law Review. In 1976, Mr. Goldstein received his Masters of Law degree (in taxation) from New York University.
In 1980, Mr. Goldstein became certified in Florida as a Certified Public Accountant, but he has allowed his certification to lapse because he practices exclusively as an attorney.

If driving on I-275 north towards downtown Tampa, take the Jefferson Street ramp toward Downtown East. After you exit, Jefferson Street first becomes North Orange Avenue for a few blocks, and then becomes Pierce Street. Continue on Pierce Street until you reach Kennedy Boulevard, and turn right onto Kennedy. The offices are located two blocks west on the right hand side.
If driving on I-275 south towards downtown, take Exit 44 toward Downtown East/West to the Scott Street ramp toward Downtown-East. Continue straight on Scott Street until you reach Morgan Street. Turn right on Morgan Street. Continue on Morgan Street until Kennedy Boulevard. Turn right onto Kennedy. The offices are located at the end of that block on the right.
